The project proposes the development of an innovative model of outdoor tourism offerings supported by an aggregation of enterprises that co-participate in the implementation of actions geared, in particular, to the demand of markets in the Vancouver (Canada) and Los Angeles (USA) areas.
The outdoor-related supply chain is considered, especially cycling, running, hiking and the like.
The intent is to enhance a segment of attractiveness that appeals to a growing international audience and in
expansion, developing the tourism product through the varied offerings of the Veneto territories: from the Dolomites to the sea and the Venetian lagoon, passing through the foothills, lakes and cities of art. The plan of action includes conducting market analysis, searching for foreign partners, adapting companies and building a tourism product consisting of an offer of experiential packages related to the concept of "experiencing the Veneto."
Promotional actions include eductours, participation in trade fairs, supply-demand meetings, and networking of major successful Venetian sports events.
Participating companies include sports equipment sales and rentals, hotels and restaurants, event agencies, transportation services, and tour guides.
